Private Simulator Clubs

Club software for private simulator clubs

Six bays, a full bar, and a membership roster is a private club — run it like one.

The Problem

A booking app plus a card reader isn't a club

  • Booking apps charge per bay and only take reservations — nothing behind the booking.
  • A separate POS means the bar tab and the bay fee never meet on one bill.
  • Members expect to sign to their account and get one monthly statement, and no simulator booking tool does that.

The Platform

Simulator club management software, end to end

Bays, bar, statements, dues, and staff in one system — built for private clubs only.

Bay booking built in

Hourly slots, capacity control, and booked bays that show Full — with no per-bay fees. Bookable resources are part of the platform, not an upsell.

Bay fees on the member's account

Every bay fee posts to one member ledger, with automatic reversal when a booking is cancelled. No reconciling two systems at close.

Bar & kitchen POS

Open tabs at the bay or the bar, route tickets to the kitchen and bar independently, and settle straight to the member's account.

Monthly statements

Itemized statements computed from the ledger — bays, food, beverage, and dues — emailed from your club's own domain.

Dues & memberships

Membership tiers with recurring dues billed to member accounts on your schedule, alongside usage charges.

Staff PINs, timecards, one login

Clock in with a PIN, review timecards, and manage schedules — all from the same system the front desk and bar already use.

FAQ

Golf simulator club software questions

Does CCS29 replace TrackMan or Foresight?

No. Launch monitors run the bays; CCS29 runs the club — booking, billing, F&B, and operations around them.

Is bay booking an extra fee?

No. Bookable resources are included, unlimited — you are never charged per bay.

Can members book bays themselves?

Yes. Members can book online through the member portal, and staff can book on their behalf at the front desk.

We're opening soon — when should we set up software?

Before opening. Founding clubs get white-glove configuration of bays, menus, and membership tiers so day one runs like a mature club.

Opening Club

Opening in the next 12 months?

Founding clubs run CCS29 at $199/month for the first six months, then the matching plan. Month-to-month. I configure your bays, menu, and tiers with you.
