How It Works
Step 1
Staff book rooms on a calendar with rooms down the side and dates across. CCS29 checks individual stays and group holds, so a room cannot be double-booked.
Step 2
The stay posts to the member's account, next to dues and F&B. One statement, one balance.
Step 3
The stay shows as a line item on the member's monthly statement, and the member sees the confirmed stay in their own account.
A member sponsors a guest's stay, and the charge goes to the member's account. Change the dates and it re-bills the extra nights; the cleaning fee is charged once per stay. Cancel and the charge comes off the member's account.
Every booking creates a housekeeping task for that room automatically. Your team works the list from Pending to Cleaning to Ready.
Each room or cottage has its own nightly rate and a once-per-stay cleaning fee. The nightly rate is locked in when the stay is booked.
