Privacy Policy
Our role
CCS29 provides software to private clubs. Club and member data entered into CCS29 belongs to the club. We process that data as a service provider on the club’s instructions and only to operate, support, and secure the platform.
What we collect
From club staff and members using the platform: name, contact details, membership and account records, transactions, reservations, and staff employment records the club chooses to store. From this marketing website: information you submit on the demo form, plus standard analytics about page visits.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not share member data between clubs. We do not use club or member data to train models or to market to your members.
Service providers
We use a small number of vendors for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. They may process data only as needed to provide those services.
Retention and requests
We retain club data for the life of the club’s account and delete or return it on request after termination. Members should direct requests about their own data to their club; the club can act on it in CCS29 or ask us for help.
